Problem with CPCAM AVC783/CPD503

Hi there,

 

We got problem here. We bought cam system few weeks ago and few days ago wanna put cams into internet. There was a guy - IT - and he tried to make cams online. He told us pass and log but You know - we write down pass and lose it. Now we'r trying to log into cams which are online (I can go into login menu like on the screen) but we can't enter (wrong pass/usr).

 

 

Question:

- how to reset password on CPcam

- how to DL those 2 apps which i correct on screen (JRE15006.exe etc)
