torrhan 0 Posted February 13, 2010 Good day, All! I lost all records and events. They could not be viewed not in USB playback console neither on VGA screen. Not found on HDD. Here is story. There is Hitachi 500 GB drive inside EB1304 MD recorder. After 4 month recording i had to view last events. When i connected my EB1304 MD to VGA i COULD see all events and view records. After that i installed HDD to external USB rack and connected to PC. I DID NOT INITIALIZE USB DRIVE IN WINDOWS. USB playback console sowtware found drive with no records on it. I reinstalled HDD back to EB1304 MD, but it DID NOT FOUND any events on HDD. I'm sure records are still on HDD as i did not write any data on it. No formatting, no defragmentation, no structure changes. For now i just cloned HDD to another external drive. How can i extract records from HDD? Please help, it's very important for me. torrhan 0 Posted February 14, 2010 Thank you for answer! I have this viewer installed (USB playback console). The problem that viewer did not find any events on hard drive. Also message "No data" appears on VGA connected to EB1304 MD when i try to playback records. Somehow recorder lost links to events on HDD although data is still on HDD. I can see in it in WinHex.
