Chimp 0 Posted February 17, 2010 Hi All, When exporting with qplayer to mpg, it doesn't include audio. Is there something I'm missing here? or is that just the way it is? When exporting with qplayer to avi, it does include audio, but the playback speed of the image is increased somewhat and looses sync with the audio and leave a period of 1 still frame at the end of the video while the audio carries on to the end. Is there anyway to fix this? Regards C

mateck8888 0 Posted March 5, 2010 I've had my share of exporting problems from Aver in exporting. It is kind of making me think of Geovision for the next install. But, in any event, have you upgraded to the latest version? 7.7.0.0015SP1 would be the latest. In once case, I thought for sure the video files were corrupt, because I was getting out of sync audio, and jumpy video etc... They had me upgrade to the latest version, and it solved the problem. On the other hand, after that upgrade, I did some further testing, and found another section of video that crashes when I try to export it. I then did some experimenting with our 6480 exp demo unit here at the office, and most exports went fine, but once again, I found one that just locked everything up. These are on high end CPU systems dedicated to nothing by Aver. Both systems are giving me exporting problems. So I'm not really confident in the export these days. Hoping it gets more stable as time crawls along. matt
