DMMultiview issue on client PC

I am new this forum and desperately seeking some help with an issue I am having with DMMultiview and 2 GV-1480 capture cards. Here are some specs I:

I have 2 GV-1480 cards running on the server. Server is really good. However, the clients have choppy video. Does anybody know the minimal client requirements for the following:

 

video card

RAM

CPU

 

We using Giagabit NIC's on the server and the clients, and have a Giagbit router installed. We are using the multiview software to view at the clients, and plan to use webcam as well. (Webcam is running on the server.) The server and clients have DirectX 9 installed. If somebody from your support department could help I would greatly appreciate it.
