shabxs 0 Posted February 21, 2010 I would like to know.. how do we connect more than 32 cameras...
jeromephone 6 Posted February 21, 2010 you could run some of the cameras into a multiplexer and have that devices output go to one of the camera inputs on the dvr. they would be smaller pictures and playback would be of all the cameras on that input. It might work if you had a couple of cameras that were not real important. I would not go any bigger than a quad splitter.
survtech 0 Posted February 21, 2010 Or network two DVRs. Many units are capable of doing this.
shabxs 0 Posted March 2, 2010 thanks for the reply...... is there any switch to multiplex output from two dvr to a single monitor
Soundy 1 Posted March 2, 2010 Depends. If you're using standalone DVRs with composite outputs, you can just run those into a quad or mux. If you're using PC-based systems, you could just put two monitors side-by-side, or you could run client software to connect to both systems (if the client and servers support it). Kingvision 0 Posted March 4, 2010 thanks for the reply...... is there any switch to multiplex output from two dvr to a single monitor If your two DVRs has loop output, you can use a 32in and 2out video matrix to output with single monitor, use a joysticker(keyboard) to control it.
