scorpion 0 Posted February 22, 2010 I have a client that is using Active Webcam and they cannot get tech support to email them back, and there appears to be no phone number. What would be a "good" replacement product that would be intuitive compared to Active Webcam (AW)? I want to pull them away from AW. martinco 0 Posted September 8, 2010 Yep.........same problem, I even tried to trace them via a phone # on the whois site but still no answer. My opinion is that is a good program and has a lot of functions and I use the program for IP cams via a network and use a dedicated PC to do the motion recording. So far I have quite a bit of experience using AW v11.5 and the IP cams, so if I can help somebody, I would gladly do so. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
