Trying to access my cctv remotely

Hi all. I have a dvr system at work which i can access on my lan using a web based browser on all pc's.

 

The problem i have is accessing it over the internet. I have set up port forwarding etc on my router. So when i log on from home im pretty sure i have the settings right as i get the prompts through to download active x etc. The browser opens (apollo web browser client) and the video window opens. Then after a minute or so i just get a red cross in the corner. Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Set your active x settings as prompt or enable and put it in trusted sites.
