gcjb111 0 Posted March 22, 2010 I have installed a j2k dvr cctv ststem which allows remote access through the j2kdrv.com website. However after a whole weekend following the very limited instructions I am not able to connect remotely after set up and registration. The dvr registers ok. I have attempted to set bt home hub (white version) DDNS in the hub configuration - can anyone confirmm what the host of j2kdvr.com would be for the set up - is it the website address as registrationn does not tell me this? Anyone have guidance of steps needed to set up cctv remote accesss through a bt home hub - I hear it is not straight forward. Any help in part or full greatly appreciated as I have exhausted all avenues. GCJB111

(if you are in the uk BT) is to just buy a static ip (£5) for the year. then just log into your external ip.
gcjb111 0 Posted March 25, 2010 Thanks, That may well be the back up if all else fails. I have obtained the port forwarding information and will give that a go first.
