GV AUDIO PROBLEM....HELP PLEASE ASAP HAVE INSTALL IN MORNING

I have a 16ch gv card and when i go to camera/audio install...audio is all greyed out! I have no idea what to do! Please help me if you can I will try anything at this point I have an audio install in the morning and now im screwed with no audio!
