Digitise 0 Posted March 30, 2010 We have hundreds of Geovision DVRs online and we need to start upgrading them. We have tweaked the chrome skin with logos etc and do not want to unistall everthing on the boxes, becuase it would all happen remotely. Cant we just do a basic upgrade? Dont want to loose graphics etc. Just want to be able to let people with Windows 7 dial into the current DVRs. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Starting in Ver 8.01, I believe, Geovision added a program called Fast Backup and Restore to save a lot of your general, network, password, etc. settings. You can also change skins and add your own logos under their specs. You may want to take a system for testing and see if it works for you. You'll have to load it from your Geovision DVD.
