Samsung SVR-480 connection problems

Hi Guys,

 

Have a few questions about eh SVR-480 we are testing for integration into our Access Control System.

 

1, I have managed to gain access to the config setup on the samsung SNM-128S software and set up all the cameras and network settings. But on the right hand side i have a red cross through my DVR.

 

2, When i launch the Monitor software i try and connect to the DVR0 and all it comes up with is "Login failed" but it didnt even ask me for one?
