EyeMax 9000 Series Playback

Hi,

 

I am interested to view some of the files from the Eyemax DVR.

I copied to another external hard drive the "dfs" folder, including all "ix" folder inside.

and I am trying to view using the playback software.

but it says: "Invalid DVR file system".

does someone know on how to do so?

 

I am interested to do so because if hard drive will fail and I can only restore few files or all, I wanted to be sure that I can play the files.

 

Also what is the best method to back the Eyemax DVR to another hard drive?

you should back-up in EXE file and only i camera at a time. and a max file size must not be over 1gb. and it will playback on any pc.
