Need an advice about my Brandless Surveilence system

I was searching for a client to log in, i found PC Viewr D6 Series. I entered the IP address and the port and username/pass, but when i login it says invalid ID or password, but im sure that they are correct because i login normal via browser. My goal here is to view the cams via a client and not a Browser. When i change the port to 80 (for example) it gives me another error message saying "connect failed, closed by DVR", the port of the server is:

 

Private port 1: 5610

Private port 2: 5600

I obtained them from the settings from the browser page.

the problem came from the client or wrong setting on a client network.

Almost no client software other than the one for your specific unit is likely to work. If you can post some pictures of the DVR, screenshots of the web viewer, or any other identifying information from your unit, maybe someone here can help you further.
