Pelco 5116 DVR connectivity problem

I have a Pelco 5116 Hybrid DVR unit. I have about 10 cameras rigged to it and I am using a Cradle Point router with a Sprint broadband card for connectivity. I cannot get the video images to come up through the Pelco client software. The GUI is visible but no video images. Would this be a broadband issue or a configuration issue between the Cradle Point and the Pelco?

Hi Chris. you will find that you do not need to load the client software onto your pc. if you remove the client software. and try the way that i have sent in a pm.
