Geovision GV-1120 16 to 24 Camera issue

Hello All,

I've got an existing system running a GV-1120 16 (PCI) and I'm trying to add another GV-1120 8 for a total of 24 cameras. The system is running 8.3.1 and is rock solid with the initial setup. I've put the new board in and the system recognizes it. Put in the Geovision CD and go to instal/update driver. When trying to update the driver I get the "Firmware" is updating. Then after about 30 seconds I get and error code and it says the firmware update has failed on board 1. Then it proceedes to continue the driver install process. The system will load but again, it only recognizes the 16 channel board and doesn't see the 8. Any thoughts as to why the firmware driver failed? Should I try moving the boards to other slots? I'm limited on what I can do. The 16 Channel board is PCI and I have one free. The 8 channel is PCIExpress and I only have the one slot it will fit in because it's long and otherwise will hit Ram. Any suggestions are appreciated. I'm send Geovision and email so I can download 8.3.3 but haven't heard back from them. Even though, I'm not sure that will solve my issue. Thanks in advance.
