clhowerton 0 Posted April 12, 2010 So I use GV1240 16 channel cards to record video (I monitor laboratory mice behavior), and I was curious how the audio recordings work for this system. Through poking around on the various web-based information sources, it seems that audio playback is done through the existing viewlog feature, but is there a separate audio event list? Is there a way to set up the sensitivity/threshold for audio to be recorded or does it just happen during video recording? Basically, I am looking for a way to record only the vocalizations of the mice and to determine when this happens. Thanks for any help or information. tsd 0 Posted April 12, 2010 Hello Chris, Geovision Audio & Video go hand in hand via View Log, if you have to go a different route you can find Audio files store at the location of you recording folder. I have an older version of Geovision system you can give a try to check under View Log Advance Search if you can find audio events in your new software version Yes you can set Audio sensitivity under configuration Camera Audio Installed Good luck
