isiarj20 0 Posted April 18, 2010 Hi, i have this dvr (the picture below) and i don't know the brand or model, i buyed from a chinese supplyer two years ago, and this suppyer are now dissapeared, i need a firmware update because the remote acces not work ok with internet explorer 7 or 8, it hangs when i press the button to see the live video and i tested in some computers with different operating systems, can anyone help me? the actually firmware is 5.300. If i open this dvr and see the chipset model, can i search for a firwmare update whith this? The picture of the dvr: Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
scorpion 0 Posted April 23, 2010 I would check to see if there is a hardware reset and do that first. I would take the battery out of the DVR and let it sit for a while, and the install the battery back in and then test it. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
