Largest CCTV monitoring company/Building uk

Hi,

I am a student studying photography and as part of a project i want to gain acess to CCTV monitoring rooms.

 

I have been searching the internet to try and find the largest in england but i am struggling to find anything.

 

Although i want to use the largest any would be really helpful so if anyone works at a CCTV monitoring company and could help me gain access that would be of great help.
