copy onto DVD a recorded incident

Recommended Posts

I cannot help you.

You can take the video output that goes to a tv and connect it to a DVD recorder. Line up your video on your DVR and then record.

Is this what you are looking to do?

For PC DVD burning go to your local computer store, or call a techie friend for help.

Do you have nero or some DVD burning software on your computer?

Scorpion, I'm shocked! A DVR that you DON'T have a manual for??

I googled that DVR, it actually looks like a fairly advanced machine, and it DOES have a DVD burner in it, so it should be fairly straightforward to export events directly to DVD. http://www.genivtechnology.com/products-one/category-two/JS-4RTA-D1_2

BTW, Google showed up another hit on this site: about17843.html

Apparently Shoreviewsecurity deals with these units, so to the OP, if you drop them a PM, they may be able to help you.

Hi it is really easy to copy your files. Go into search and search for the recorded video that you want to copy. Next to the file list are check boxes and check all of the clips that you want to copy. Once all the clips are checked look down under the list of video clips and next to the search button you will see a save to disk icon. Load a DVD-R into the machine and press start. Thats it.

If you still are having problems PM me.

Jim
