GeoVision User Accounts

Hello all,

 

I found this board while I was searching for Remote Playback Errors with different versions of GeoVision 6.0x through 8.2. Thanks for having a solution to my problem! Anyway, on to my question. I have a couple of my older systems that I never wrote down the login information. I have tried to uninstall and then reinstall the GeoVision software and tried removing the C:\GV800 folder. When I reinstall I am unable to login. It appears that the user account info is kept even when the software is uninstalled and reinstall. Can anyone tell me how to remove all the GeoVision user account info?
