Soundy -- as I know you are a big fan of the Pany SD III cameras): I had decided on getting 2 Panasonic WV-CW380 cameras for my stand alone system: http://www.panasonic.net/pss/security/products/pdf/WV-CW380_2A-033AA.pdf But the person from whom I am purchasing my DVR, cables, power supply, UPS, etc. (they are giving me installer's price) is trying to convince me to go with Model B1367WTIR650 (Infinity Series w/ Star-Light Technology) from Digital Watchdog: http://www.dwcc.tv/productsCAMERAS.asp?showme=Infinity_Series&showcat=yes&showitem=yes&rid=70 The DW cameras come with a 5-year warranty (vs. 1-year from Panasonic) and the cost of the cameras would be half... The question is whether these DW cameras really match the Pany Super Dynamic III technology: http://www.panasonic.com/business/security/sd3/index.asp Any comments would be appreciated. teflondon100 0 Posted May 5, 2010 I am new to the whole cam thing. I have 3 digital watchdog cams now and I will be adding more a little at a time. I have 1 dome, v1363 TIR. 1 bullet b1363TIR, and their mini ptz. I have looked at quite a few cams since I started building this system. In my opinion, digital watchdog is hard to beat.
