IKarvounas 0 Posted May 8, 2010 Dear All, I have a Sensormatic Keyboard Touch Tracker, with a model number RCTT16. Although it looks very familiar to the AD Touch Tracker 16E, it doesn't have the same keys and working procedures. My problem is that the previous user changed the code and after a power failure I can't access the controller, and furthermore I can't seem to find a manual. Is there a way to reset the password? Thank you in advance. P.S. I haven't been able to contact Sensormatic about this issue since it's Saturday, but I have to operate the cameras as soon as possible. IKarvounas 0 Posted May 16, 2010 Well, thank you very much for reading my post. The truth is that I haven't found a manual, even through Sensormatic or Tyco. All they have sended me is the manual for the ADTT16E. So if there is any contact in order to find the manual, please advise. Again thank you very much for your time in reading my problem.
