KPD674 motion mail problem

I bought Avtech KPD674 a few days ago.

I configure it easily and i did not face any problem

even with the remote manage.

The problem I have is that motion alert mail does not attache any image or movie.

 

i get only a triger mail.

 

Have you ever face that problem?

This model is to new for me to give you any feedback.

 

Mail attachments require JPEG. The unit does not use JPEG therefore that may explain why you are not getting attachments.

 

You should get the alert that gives you link to the video if I am not mistaken.

Yes i get only a mail that gives you a link to the video

but it's not that i want.

I want to get a jpeg or video for a security reason.

Do you know a way to do that.
