Monitoring problem

I just made a setup with a GV-800 16ch card, but have some problems with monitoring.

 

Right now, we only have 4 cameras, and I in the future want to toogle between 4x4 sets of cameras (always use 4 camera view)

 

When the cameras makes an recording, it pop-ups the view from the recording camera. When there is no motion, it goes to the 16 camera view.

 

I would like to always toogle between 4 cameras, without changing to 1 camera view.

 

Is that possible?

 

If not, can I set it up, to go back to 4 camera view, and not 16 camera view?

What version Geovision are you running?

 

You should be able to configure your default startup screen configuration and how your popups work. Remeber to restart your Geovision (not the computer) for the changes to take affect.

The software is V8.2

Under camera/audio install that is where you setup the default screen. Change it from 16 to 4.

As far as the popup I dont recall as havent looked at that feature in a couple years, I think it is only a single camera popup.

Yes just disable that in the camera popup section.
