So I had a useless salesman screw up again, and this time it's not lookin' good. He sold a customer a Hunt HVRM 4 channel DVR. Problem is, the customer *only* has a Macintosh laptop, and no PC. 2nd problem is that there is no monitor on the DVR at the store, so it *has* to be accessed by remote viewing. Anyone have any ideas as to how I can make this work?

Give the customer the next best DVR that will work with a Mac browser, and let the salesdroid eat the cost out of his own commission.

Some other probably more complexed ideas:

easiest route would be to take his DVR and sell him a new one .. sell that to someone else or have him sell it. If he didnt tell the salesman he needs to view it in Mac .. then its his fault .. most Mac users in general realize the pitfalls they encounter by using that OS. Many already run Windows in Fusion or using Bootcamp.
