billeh 0 Posted May 31, 2010 So I had a useless salesman screw up again, and this time it's not lookin' good. He sold a customer a Hunt HVRM 4 channel DVR. Problem is, the customer *only* has a Macintosh laptop, and no PC. 2nd problem is that there is no monitor on the DVR at the store, so it *has* to be accessed by remote viewing. rory 0 Posted May 31, 2010 Some other probably more complexed ideas: viewtopic.php?f=12&t=19615 easiest route would be to take his DVR and sell him a new one .. sell that to someone else or have him sell it. If he didnt tell the salesman he needs to view it in Mac .. then its his fault .. most Mac users in general realize the pitfalls they encounter by using that OS.
