demianmatthews 0 Posted June 2, 2010 Hi, I need a little help with a brand new HRDP performance series dvr working with the FVMS software, I`ve configured the dvr to work with the alarm input and to make a 20 sec video with each alarm (10 sec before and 10 sec after the alarm is received). I need to make a 20 sec AVI video with each video generated by the alarm input. I`ve tried to make a network backup and then to export the file as an AVI file but the program generates a continuous AVI video if someone have any information about this, please help me, or contact me to my e-mail address (demian.matthews@domonet.com.ar). thanks. danger_e 0 Posted June 21, 2010 Hi Demian, Try using the "Save" function in the search page: If you right-click on the HRDP in your device list, and navigate to the time you want to save, you can click "Save" and choose to export as an AVI.
