mdc_soliman 0 Posted June 5, 2010 Dear All, I've been using the ADTT16E touch tracker for about five years now, we have three sensormatic PTZ cameras. One of which broke down, just last week due to defects on its board. And about 3 days ago I started encountering a problem on the touch tracker. Already, there are pre-program sequences and views that we've been using for quite some time now. The problem is that, i can't seem to use some of the basic functions like the flip, peel, repeat pattern the individual cameras whenever I would access the Menu, I cannot reset or re-program the views and sequence patterns. However. I could still run the sequence and define the event, cam, action and duration on the Define Sequence sub menu program on all the PTZ's. The contols on the ball, zooming and auto focusing are all working just fine. What seems to be the problem? Thanks everyone Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
