romitkin 0 Posted June 10, 2010 hi, just got this card from dealextreme: http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.16004 I installed the drivers and software and it works well but the included software records only .mpg files which I can't play in regular players like WMP and VLC, even with the newest codecs. I can play these files only in the built-in player in the program. this player is very buggy and if you pause the clip you can't resume it, it's just starts to play from the beginning. I want to install the btwincap drivers, but I don't know which card to choose in the installation. my card has no brand and it has only model: 6802i . can you please help me to find out which card is it? Well first of all, the specs on that page say it records with MPEG4 compression, which would normally be an .MP4 or maybe .AVI extension. You could try renaming one and seeing if the player is any happier. I want to install the btwincap drivers, but I don't know which card to choose in the installation. my card has no brand and it has only model: 6802i . http://lmgtfy.com/?q=6802i SKY-6802i appears to BE the model number... the manufacturer is "Shenzhen Skybest Electronics. Co., Ltd". They may have generic drivers for it. It's a Techwell chipset, not BrookTree, so I don't expect the btwincap drivers would work.

As soundy said, BTWinCap will never work with that card, since it is not using BTxxx chip.
