itszaki 0 Posted June 19, 2010 Hi all there warm regards I've got Netfocus PC based DVR, I am able to access its web cms over the LAN but as I connect and Login , I can see only dead cams i mean there is no output bieng shown in the internet exploer, I've upgraded the Internet exploere to 8 version but still problem persits, then I ve added the it trusted sites but of no help ... . Harrar 0 Posted June 20, 2010 Do you have all your ports forwarded thru your router to the DVR? It appears you have the http port open but how about the data/media ports (or whatever they call it on Netfocus)? Unless they are open also you won't see the cameras. Harrar 0 Posted June 21, 2010 Apologies. Thought it worked fine on the LAN but you had trouble accessing over the WAN. I'm not familiar with the Netfocus unit but it sounds like the cameras have to be activated from within the webviewer software. Hopefully there are others in this forum familiar with this unit.
