G22 0 Posted June 26, 2010 I have the Panasonic WJ-HD316 already, and was wondering the diff between it and the WJ-RT416 (other than Real Time). I know they are older an prob obsolete by now, but was perhaps looking to upgrade to a used RT416. No IP cameras yet. I was considering IP, but now unsure at present, since I already have decent Pano cams waiting (CP484, CW484, and a CL934)
G22 0 Posted June 26, 2010 ok, one thing I noticed is that the HD216 has a 720x480 max setting, whereas the RT416 only has 704x240? Another is MPEG4 vs whatever the compression is on the HD316
mpg 0 Posted August 23, 2010 Whats the quality of your recordings with the 316 I've just got one off the bay and its terrible. set 1 cam up and set to 3dim 25ips. SFA and the picture is awful on playback. Crystal clear live. very dissapointed in a unit that retails at over £4k. Any Ideas matt
snate.ini 0 Posted September 9, 2010 Here is an option I have used the RT416 and DM's SD Advanced DM has a better price, you get more options and you can use IP cameras and analog at the same time. http://www.dedicatedmicros.com/europe/products_details.php?product_assoc_id=196&product_id=
