Pauley626 0 Posted June 26, 2010 Multi-Cam is restarting randomly. V 8.31 records okay but if I go to p;layback it restarts. Okay, here is some more data. When the Multi-Cam is recording and you go to Viewlog to playback something recorded several hours or days ago, the system flashes with a white screen. You must do a Hard reboot to restart the computer. If I stop the recording, then go to Viewlog I can playback and save as an Avi (merge), then I have to go back to the bottom of screen-open Multi-Cam with Live Video and click start recording again.The distributor told me that you need to stop Recording to go back to Viewlog but this was working for 3 months like this and now all of a sudden I can't perform this function. Does anyone have an answer on this? GV-1240 6 Analog and 2 Ip cameras being recorded. Any help is appreciated. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
