Greetings and Salutations from Seattle

Recommended Posts

Hi there, I'm new to the forum so I thought it would be prudent to introduce myself. I'm early 40's, a software engineer and nearly a minted electrical engineer. My grad work is being conducted (slowly) at our local state college in the Aerospace and Aeronautics Engineering department. The rest of the time I have a little company that provides solutions to a variety of problems. We've worked in the homes of local billionaires and we've worked in low income housing projects and state prisons. We engineer solutions and then implement them, as my company is also a licensed electrical contracting firm bonded and insured and licensed to work on systems 600v on down.

Thanks for including me in this forum! I'm posting a question in the appropriate location, hopefully I won't be asking a question that's been answered so many times before.

Thanks again!

Welcome,

Wow! Software Engineer, Nice. When I was younger I was tinkering around with microcontrollers to built robots. My favorite mc was the motorola 68hc11. Since then I have not tried to program.
