faster340 0 Posted July 9, 2010 Has anyone used any of their DVRs? The multi site controller they use is awesome and works great. I have setup DVRs for web access from this company only and haven't had any dealings with them or their equipment. http://www.radical-i.com/ I am looking for a better quality DVR than some of these inexpensive overseas units which I have been working with lately. Some of the features or lack thereof definitely leave a lot to be desired... But in this economy I can't kill the customer on cost cause then he won't buy squat from me. I have already cut my costs lower than I am comfortable with. And I definitely can't be spending more time than necessary setting up these DVRs that suck! Thanks.
