Crow Creek 0 Posted July 11, 2010 I have a system running 3 GE cyberdome ptz cameras and 5 fixed cameras. I can no longer control my PTZ cameras remotely, but on site they move just like they are supposed to, with the joystick control. I use the Wavereader program to view and control cameras remotely. I have a Kalatel dvmre 16ezt that i have been told might be the problem but my security company is not very reassuring of their diagnosis, any ideas on what to check or things to do. Thanks.
