Reado 0 Posted July 13, 2010 Hi. Got a new EH5216H DVR recently. Setup no problem with 6 analogue cameras connected. I check it before I leave the office and it's working fine, all cameras are recording, I can see what they're recording on-screen and I can connect to it using my iPhone. However on some occasions be it during the day/night something happens to the DVR and the cameras show up as "Video Loss". In the Event Log it says "Start DVR" followed by "Load LastGood" several times during the day/night which sounds like it's crashing and rebooting, but for some reason without any feed from the cameras. Rebooting it manually seems to solve the problem, till it reoccurs a few hours later. I've reinstalled the firmware as instructed by Avermedia, but even they don't know why this is happening. Does anyone know what could be causing this? Additionally can anyone recommend any alternatives in case Avermedia can't fix it? Thanks in advance. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
