new here with some standard BS questions...

Hi everyone, I'm sure you've heard or read it before but there are so many search options and my questions become narrowed down with every answer so if you can bear with me I'll try not to sound like an idiot, or worse, a bot.

 

I'm looking to do a 12 camera setup, all outdoor.

A) I need IR (i'm aware there are on cam led and led banks to mount externally, like at theme parks when you see them glowing in complete dark - i like to search for them with my cell camera).

B) The budget will be comprised off of your suggestions.

C) Cam angles can vary from wide to far so I can build need off of suggestion.

D) DVR or PC DVR?

E) running over 700ft - rg6 or 59? Baluns (can I make these?)

F) What concerns should i have regarding impedence, temperature (this is for Washington)

G) Ball park figure off your suggestions. This doesn't have to be the best but we need to see license plates from 50ft away.
