Long distance installation

Hi, I am a newbie to this field. I searched most of the topics and can't find the answer I am looking for.

I have a budgeted project which do not allow me to use Cat5 or fibre optic transmission.

Distance is over 600 metre and the choice is only coax RG6 cable.

 

I was told I could use an FM Modulator for both end or every 150 metre. Pls advise, where can I get this modulator and how does it look like? Is FM Modulator the only option?

why is your only choice is coax ??? if you can use coax why not other cable.

Are you using analog or IP cameras?

That doesn't sound right... fiber would be the ideal way to go
