dino_squirrel 0 Posted August 2, 2010 ok, so I'm not sure if i see this right, but what's the difference between the CNB bbm-24f and the bbm-21f? They both have the monolisa inside and are ICR. Thank you
SEANHAWG 1 Posted August 2, 2010 21-f is 12V DC only. 24-F is dual voltage.
rory 0 Posted August 2, 2010 going by specs only from the USA and the Korean sites: BBM-24F is coming up as NTSC while the specs for the BBM-21F is PAL. As mentioned the 21F is 12VDC only, the 24F is Dual Voltage. Also according to the specs the 24F is lower sensitivity at 0.005 lux in BW and the 21F is just 0.01 Lux (or the US version bbm-20 is 0.05 lux). Id take that to mean the faceplate levels so its probably more like 0.05 and 0.1 lux (or 0.5 lux, not very low light at all). So it looks like, regardless of all having the Monalisa chip, the 24F is probably a better camera for low light apps, while the others, at least the BBM-20 is more for apps that have good lighting or perhaps added IR. Ive used neither so only going by the specs.
