It's me again!

So based on experience i was looking for some recommendations. I was looking at the CNB-bbm 24f for my project but I want to make sure I make the right choice. Securing a trailer park in washington - rain, snow, humidity. There are street lights, but not many. I need a decent camera for low light and day so ICR (is that correct?). The videos of the CNB with the monalisa chip looked nice. 600color 650 BnW. cars will be driving down the small roads, and there will be lights on the porches, windows, etc. think of a mobile home park and I'm sure you can picture my obstacles. Are my choices a good pick?

License plate cams - Any reco's on those?

Hopefully others will chime in as well with more suggestions...

If you have a lot of lights, then you might need a camera that can handle bright lights without getting 'blinded'. From what I read, the 24VF will handle that pretty well.

Others might suggest a camera that has a Wide Dynamic Range, which will handle both very bright spots and very dark spots exceptionally. As for a specific one in that category, I would not know.

CNB has the Blue-i cameras with the Eclipse features, might want to take a look at them for a cheaper alternative to a specialized licence plate camera. Otherwise ived used the REG camera before for licence plates at an entrance gate to a gated community, expensive but works day and night and in pitch dark, plug and play.

Eg CNB Blue-i

Hey here's another video for you. BBM-24VF is in the upper-left corner, Blue-i DBB-30VF in lower right corner.

I can't find one that shows the comparison at night though, where your situation mostly takes place. This video does show how well the cameras work with the range of lighting.
