cviewmaster 0 Posted August 7, 2010 Hi to you all, I have just set up a 4 camera dvr system with 5 cameras on it? I was fed up with opening my garage door geting something out & leaving the door up so have wired up an additional camera inside which is switched on when the door is opened via micro relay & magnetic switch on the door so now I loose 1 of my front camera pictures which is replaced with the garrage! Cost about £18 for all of the parts from Maplins box, bnc sockets, relay & switch & well worth it. System quality is great But am still unable to connect localy via network good old bt homehub2 but I understand others have done so just need to find out how? Looks like you all are a friendly bunch from all over so hopefully we can all help each other although my networking knowledge is vry basic.
