HIKVISION --- HK-508-500 Constant Restart Issue

Hello!

 

Has anyone ever had a DVR constantly restart on them once the it's hooked up (hardwired) to a network? I've got it working great as long as I use analog cameras, but as soon as I plug in the network cable the system goes into reboot. It then does this consistently every 90 seconds or so.

 

I've been on the phone with HIK Vision tech support (on another note... why don't they have an 800 number??? lol), they said they didn't have any idea why after we went through all the setting. They gave me a RMA, I got the new DVR and it does the exact same thing...
