sztamas04 0 Posted August 17, 2010 Hi all! I have 3 TP-LINK TL-SC3000 3GPP IP cameras. They work fine, the remote fuction is good, the recording is good... I can reach every time, so the streaming is fine. but: when i start the recording (manual or scheduled...whatever) with the Video Viewer Application (0.1.6.2) the cameras will be logged out after 30 minutes maybe 1 hour later. I dont know why... Free space is no problem, i think the all settings are ok. When i log in the cameras and i start the record again... the procedure start again with the same problem. so that can not make a security record. I don't want to login every 30 or 60 minutes... I've got this messagebox: Life time is up! Anybody have any idea?
Soundy 1 Posted August 17, 2010 Based on that message (and my Engrish skills), I'd say that the software is actually shareware/demoware, rather than freeware, and is simply timing out. They probably want you to buy a "full" version of the software to get the added functionality.

Soundy 1 Posted August 17, 2010 Try asking TP-Link: http://www.tp-link.com/company/contact.asp
rory 0 Posted August 17, 2010 Strange as it works for me, its the same video viewer software used with AvTech DVRs. I didnt try leaving it on for 30 minutes though.
sztamas04 0 Posted August 18, 2010 i wrote email to the tp-llink support and they said that: It doesn’t need license. so... i don't really know what is the problem...
