Is this camera 12 or 24 volts?

Recommended Posts

wired security camera: Securetek BT-176WC-DN. On the specs sheet it says 'power required 24volts', 'current consumption 12 volts. Do I connect 12 volts or 24 volts?

What I do when I seriously can't figure out the voltage required by something is to first power it with the lower voltage, and if it doesn't work, then use the higher one.
