sztamas04 0 Posted August 24, 2010 Hi! I need a man who has much experience in Video Viewer Application. I installed the all existing version, I wrote a letter to the TP-Link Technical Support, but nothing! Amazing! They could not answer as to why sends the program this error message: Life time is up! And the cameras will be logged out after 60 minutes later. When I log in the cameras again manually (without recording) the procedure start again with the same problem. The Support said, I dont need any licens and I dont need to buy the software. But what does it mean? Life time is up! What is life? And what time is it? I have 3 TP-LINK TL-SC3000 3GPP IP cameras. They work fine, the remote fuction is good, the recording is good... I can reach every time, so the streaming is fine. So I think the problem is not with the cameras. The Support is suggested for me that I try the SC3130 or SC3130G software. Ok, I tried...but again nothing! The software can not work with my cameras...
