ip camera .. need help??

i recently bought a korean ip ptz camera... its made by camtron ... its seems to have a truen tcs-200 video server.. its supposed to be compatible with nuuo ipnvr and milestone nvr software but i just cant set it up with none of them... ahy of u guys here have worked with these type of cameras before?>??

 

ive been searching online but i just cant fine any specific info on any of the 2 components .. not the ip camera made by camtron nor the video server made by truen ..

Never heard of it. It is not on milestone's supported hardware list. The best you can hope for from milestone is that the universal driver will work and give you some basic functionality otherwise I think you are out of luck as far as milestone.

... eventho i dont get anywhere ... it just says disconected..

recommend you stay with a name brand model and you will not have compatibly issues.
