I see they are using Raytec Infrared, not sure about the rest though.

This is one of our projects.

 

You are correct regarding the Raytec, but for obvious reasons I cannot offer further details.

 

The camera shown is high up on a very tall mast overlooking the valley so it can see a long way!.

 

Interesting challange though.

The kabul system is utilizes Synectics Systems Synergy Software.

very messy setup, and the RM infrared would not match the range of the zoom lens
