Caesarkat 0 Posted September 5, 2010 Hello, I just purchased a Hikvision DS-7204HVI-S DVR. I connected a camera to it and have no problem viewing it from within my home's wireless network. Now I'm trying to view my DVR camera using my cell phone using CMS Mobile. When I click the app on the phone I get a "Socket is not connected" message.
