ClosedCircuitCom 0 Posted May 17, 2005 ok i just installed PTZ on a geo system for the first time today, works excellent at location but wen i connect to the webcam i cant use any PTZ functions i did click the little on button and it turns on but doesnt allow me to do ne thing the numbers 999 show up in the black box next to the tabs. any help would be appreciated. scottj 0 Posted May 17, 2005 You need to "allow" the PTZ controls in your password permissions, under the WebCam setup (when you turn on and configure the server), and use the "map camera" feature. scottj Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
