DataAve 0 Posted May 19, 2005 Have to go deep into New Jersey today to fix a damn PC based DVR. 2 1/2 hour drive (one way). I asked both the person in charge and the "IT" guy, who makes it, they told me Dell...it's going to be a fun day. Gonna be some bill - They say, "things go better with Coke" We have done one Coke, and other Coke's keep calling...so we don't turn them down. DataAve 0 Posted May 20, 2005 I was up because it took 2 1/2 hours to get there. 30 minutes just to get over the George Washington Bridge. Anyhow, it was a 3R with corrupted Windbowz. All fixed. but sold them a Sanyo. I am not big on PC based in a professioal environment, especially w/winblowz. Too complicated for the client, especially if they have to do backups.
