GE SDRV-10P-40 Password RESET?????

I just inquired a GE DVR i am an installer for a company and we replaced this dvr with a nuvico that we deal with so i figured id hook the GE up and see how it works but i dont have the installer password and dont know how to factory reset the DVR so i can get into the menu's can i call GE or is there a series of buttons that i can press to reset it, or maybe a reset button inside the device??

Yeah i have tried all the default passwords and none of them seem to work
